Andy Paquin has helped fund
this project from over 10 years in technology
sales, most recently in the financial markets. The only way to see
actors,
directors, producers and supporting personnel get that big break is
from
"doing" something small, proving your abilities and concepts.
He wanted to
get involved from a perspective of funding. Talent on the sidelines
not
funded is like grapes dying on the vine. What is even more concerning
to him
is seeing "money finders" charging fees to get you the money
you need for a
script. He equates it to people making a fortune selling shovels and
sift
pans to gold prospectors. He spent time with the writer, director,
actors
and actresses reviewing their past experience, their list of goals
in the
project and from there saw the next appropriate step was funding this
project. An actress that will be famous told him.. "In the movie
business
you need to enjoy the ride, not the destination.". |
